"No Debt Certificates" to micro-loans from various financial institutions under the Assam Micro Finance Incentive and Relief Scheme (AMFIRS). The chief guest of the program, Honorable Kripanath Mala , Member of Parliament of Karimganj, officially handed over the no-debt certificate to the borrowers & Chairman of Assam State Transport Corporation was present on the occasion.
